We are looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team! If you have prior experience in real estate administration, we want to hear from you.

Position: Administrative Assistant
Location: Mississauga
Type: Full-time
Must have a Vehicle

Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including document preparation, data entry, and file management.
Coordinate property listings, showings, and appointments.
Assist in managing contracts, agreements, and other real estate-related documentation.
Communicate with clients, vendors, and service providers.
Maintain office organization and assist with daily operational tasks.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in real estate administration is required.
Strong knowledge of real estate documents (contracts, agreements, etc.).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
