We are seeking to appoint an outstanding Unqualified Teacher (or an experienced HLTA would be considered) who holds a degree or relevant qualification and is keen to join a dedicated team of staff striving to raise standards through developing outstanding learning and teaching as a reading recovery lead. They will work across our THRIVE centre and English Department. OSCA prides itself on teamwork, passion and drive, and applications are welcome from candidates with a similar philosophy.
