About you

You have experience to support Quotation and Contract Management team. In addition, you have:
• More than 2 years of experience in Quotation and/or Order Processing in the industry
• Commercial understanding
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, every additional language would be benefit
• Expertise in MS Office, very good knowledge of SAP SD
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in an international environment
• Hands-on Mentality
• Strong interpersonal skills are required in addition to strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and organizational skills are required
About the job
We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated Quotation Professional Junior to support our Quotation and Contract Management I/WA/A on a full-time basis. This position will be based at our Gurugram office.
Your tasks will include:
• You coordinate Quotations with Sales, Technical Marketing, Logistic
• You summarize all collected information and perform Quotation
• You support the Sales Manager and you are the link to technical Marketing SCM
• You will be the CRM key user and the CRM support for Sales Managers and the Technical Service in the region
• You conduct seminars for internal stakeholders such as CRM, SAP-SD
