• *Responsibilities**:

- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment for young children aged 3-5 years old.
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons to enhance their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
- Foster a love for learning through play-based approaches and hands-on activities.
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child and communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child’s development.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to create a warm and inclusive classroom community.
• *Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Early Childhood Education/NTT/Montessori or a related field.
- Experience working with young children in a pre-primary or early childhood setting.
- Knowledge of age-appropriate teaching methods and approaches.
- Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
