Property Manager- job post Luxury Property Management
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and results-driven Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, leasing, maintenance, and overall performance of our residential and commercial properties.
This is a hands-on role that combines property management with business development. In addition to ensuring properties are well-maintained and tenants receive exceptional service, the successful candidate will be responsible for finding and securing tenants, generating leasing opportunities, and bringing new lease listings to the company.
You will manage the complete leasing and property management process—from identifying prospective tenants and marketing available properties to coordinating showings, applications, lease negotiations, move-ins, maintenance, and ongoing tenant relationships.
We will provide the tools, systems, marketing support, resources, and training required to succeed. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, confident communicating with tenants and property owners, comfortable with sales and negotiation, and motivated by building a strong portfolio of managed and leased properties.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the portfolio, build strong relationships with property owners and tenants, coordinate contractors and vendors, oversee maintenance and capital projects, manage budgets, and continuously look for ways to improve property performance and increase asset value.
