As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Property Administrator to join our dynamic team.
Role Overview: The Property Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, tenant relations, and property management support across our portfolio. This role includes coordinating lease agreements, tenant communication, and maintenance, as well as assisting with financial and property documentation. The successful candidate must have a valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and be able to travel to various properties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
· Tenant and Lease Management:
o Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, handling inquiries, concerns, and coordinating lease documentation, renewals, and terminations.
o Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, and communicate with tenants regarding lease terms, rent increases, and notices.
o Assist in property marketing, conduct property showings, and support leasing outreach.
· Property Administration:
o Maintain up-to-date records of lease agreements, insurance documents, tenant information, and payment histories.
o Support preparation of property reports, budgets, financial statements, and year-end documentation.
o Ensure accurate records of all property communications, notices, and updates, and maintain a well-organized filing system.
· Maintenance and Vendor Coordination:
o Coordinate and manage maintenance requests, working with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and compliance with property standards.
o Oversee construction and renovation tasks as needed, and liaise with city officials for necessary permits and compliance.
