Job Description

About the team:
The team works on managing the supply chain, logistics & refurbishment of sound box & EDC Devices.
About the role:
Handling various activities & coordination in New HUBs Project (Admin & Project)
Expectations/ Requirements
1. Coordination in getting Land/ Premises Documents from various Owners for New HUBs
2. Coordination with internal stakeholders from time to time during setting up of New HUBs
3. To get R&M issues of HUBs & coordinating/ follow up for closure with respective Spoc.
4. Getting details of Daily work flow i.e. meetings/ interviews etc. from HUB spocs.
5. To Get additional requirements from the respective Sales Team in HUBs.
6. Good command over Excel/ PPT for prepare the sheets time to time
7. Internal Audit of Interior/ Electrical/ Other assets in HUBs across the Country.
Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role
Should have 4-5 years’ experience in Admin/ Logistics/ Projects Handling
Should have good knowledge of excel and reporting.
Should have hands on experience on reports preparation and documentation works.
Should have good communications skills verbal and written.
Should have good interpersonal skills and handle pressure.
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
