• Specialization in emerging areas such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, etc.
• Academic Achievements: Demonstrated academic achievements and scholarly contributions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, mentoring, and classroom management skills.
• Outcome-Based Education: Familiarity with outcome-based education (OBE) and accreditation standards (NAAC/NBA).
