Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead and optimize our marble manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing production processes, managing staff, ensuring quality standards, and improving productivity in a fast-paced industrial setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and control manufacturing processes from raw material to finished goods.
• Ensure products are produced on time and meet quality standards.
• Manage production schedules and workflow to meet customer demand.
• Supervise and motivate production staff; enforce safety and company policies.
• Monitor equipment, conduct routine maintenance checks, and coordinate repairs.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address and resolve production issues.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams.
