Job Description
Location : Mumbai & Kerala
Functional Responsibilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, buying, and inventory management, to develop a cohesive and profitable product assortment strategy across various channels (e.g., online, retail store ).
• Stay updated on market trends, consumer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for product assortment expansion or optimization.
• Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure adequate stock levels, avoid stock-outs, and minimize excess inventory.
• Develop and execute strategies to ensure consistent and visually appealing product presentation across all channels; optimizing product categorization, imagery, descriptions, and pricing to maximize conversion rates.
• Collaborate with pricing analysts and managers to develop pricing strategies that consider market dynamics, customer preferences, and competitor pricing; Monitor and adjust pricing as needed to drive sales and profitability.
• Responsible for continuously evaluating and enhancing the customer experience by analyzing customer feedback, monitoring conversion rates, and making data-driven decisions to improve product discoverability, usability, and overall satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators across channels and Use data insights to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive sales growth.
