Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Head - General Insurance at Unity Small Finance Bank in Mumbai.
Some of the expected Key Responsibilities will be :
Develop and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the general insurance product portfolio, aligning with the company's overall business objectives and market opportunities.
Liason with the Insurance companies and develop innovative products for various customer segments of the bank.
Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept ideation to launch, working closely with underwriting, claims, and Insurance Partners.
Drive & Support various business verticals for growing business volume
Define product features, coverage options, pricing strategies, and distribution channels based on market insights, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and distribution teams to develop go-to-market strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales enablement materials for new product launches
Analyze product performance data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and regulatory affairs teams to address regulatory considerations and mitigate risks associated with product development and distribution.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Legal compliance, finance, marketing, business heads, and senior management, to align product strategies with business goals and operational priorities.
Lead the development and enhancement of digital insurance products, including policy issuance, claims processing, and customer self-service functionalities.
Collaborate with technology teams to leverage digital platforms, data analytics, and automation tools to enhance the online insurance experience for customers.
Develop digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote online general insurance products and drive customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements governing online insurance sales, data privacy, and consumer protection
