This role is based in Moerewa, however, our operation has offices in the USA, UK and Hong Kong and comprises of 11 processing sites situated across New Zealand and distributing to over 80 countries.
AFFCO sources top-quality, sustainable, grass-fed, New Zealand Beef and Lamb products from our network of farmer suppliers. We are 100% New Zealand-owned and operated and a proud member of the Talley’s Group; New Zealand’s leading exporter of meat, dairy, seafood, and vegetable products.
Job Description
We’re gearing up for our busy season and are putting together motivated teams at our modern processing facility in Moerewa, Northland to help get NZ sheep & beef from our backyard to customers plates. No prior experience necessary as training is provided, you simply need to be keen for some hands-on work as part of a motivated crew!
Reliable and hard working with a positive attitude, you’ll enjoy a hard day’s work. You know if a job’s worth doing, it’s worth doing right. Plus, you’ll like to keep fit and healthy, and seek a workplace where it’s all go.
We’re building teams to fill a wide range of roles. You could be out in the stockyards or in the cold-stores, a butcher, boner, machine operator or labourer - wherever works best. We’ll bring you up to speed right there on the job, so you can learn while you earn!
Qualifications
To ensure a safe workplace, AFFCO conducts pre-employment medical checks and drug screening. Applicants must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
