Process Trainer || International BPO (Bengaluru)

Hiresquad Resources is urgently looking for an experienced Process Trainer for an International BPO Voice Process . Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for agents in an International Voice process.
- Monitor agent progress, provide constructive feedback, and assess readiness for production.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear understanding and collaboration.
- Adapt to rotational shifts and offs, contributing to a seamless training schedule.
- Continuously update training materials and methodologies to meet evolving business needs.

What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- 1+ years as a Process Trainer in International Voice (Mandatory).
- 1 year of documented Process Trainer experience with an International BPO (Mandatory).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for clear feedback and team collaboration.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts and on rotational offs.
- Education: Graduate / UG (any stream) eligible.
