Overview

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Private Club Spa Manager to lead and elevate our exclusive spa services. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage a talented team of spa professionals. Responsibilities

Lead the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, staff management, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Deliver outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and providing tailored wellness experiences.
Manage reservations using hospitality reservation systems, coordinate appointments, and optimize scheduling efficiency.
Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of the spa facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations through regular inspections.
Handle guest inquiries, resolve conflicts promptly, and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction through personalized attention.
Process payments securely using credit card POS systems and maintain accurate financial records of transactions.
Train, motivate, and supervise staff members in customer service excellence, manual handling procedures, and emergency protocols such as CPR and first aid.

Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or spa operations within a luxury or resort environment. (2years ideal)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team effectively.
Excellent customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve an international clientele.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with hotel or resort reservation systems. Jonas/Jam preferable
Knowledge of POS systems, credit card payment processing, and financial record maintenance.
Licensed Esthetician, Massage Therapist preferred but not necessary
Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely; experience with cleaning protocols is beneficial.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
