Production Coordinator

What You'll Do
Operations & Scheduling
Coordinate daily schedules and routing for landscaping and snow removal crews.
Monitor production emails and respond to urgent service requests.
Communicate with crews throughout the day to ensure work is completed efficiently.
Track weather events and adjust staffing, equipment, and routes as needed.
Review completed work orders, callbacks, revisits, and follow-up services.
Ensure services meet Yardworx quality standards and service timelines.
Maintain accurate production data in PestPac and internal systems.
Crew Support
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and supporting field crews.
Monitor crew performance, attendance, and compliance with company standards.
Help maintain a reliable network of backup crews.
Ensure crews follow safety procedures, company policies, and vehicle standards.
Support training on mobile apps, operational procedures, and company values.
Production Administration
Maintain accurate service records, notes, photos, and documentation.
Monitor data integrity and production reports.
Assist with service posting, production tracking, and commission accuracy.
Support documentation that protects the company from liability.
Customer Service
Assist with customer concerns and service escalations.
Conduct site visits when required.
Work closely with office staff and sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Help create "Raving Fans" by exceeding customer expectations.
Sales Support
Assist with commercial customer development and renewals.
Follow up on existing and previous customer leads.
Prepare estimates using company pricing guidelines.
Create site maps and complete contracts for new customers.
Identify opportunities for additional services and upselling.
Safety & Compliance
Support company safety programs and compliance with SECOR and Occupational Health & Safety requirements.
Ensure crews complete required safety inspections and documentation.
Assist with incident investigations and safety record management.

Comfortable using computer software, mobile apps, Excel, and scheduling systems

Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Previous experience in landscaping, snow removal, construction, field operations, or production coordination is considered an asset.
Working Conditions
Combination of office work, field inspections, and outdoor site visits.
On-call availability during snow events and severe weather.
Overtime during peak seasons.
Exposure to outdoor conditions including snow, ice, rain, and heat.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
