Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Vision: Provide strategic direction for the school in line with the Cambridge International Curriculum. Foster a positive, collaborative, and forward-thinking academic environment.
Curriculum Management: Ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of the Cambridge curriculum. Maintain high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement.
Staff Development: Lead, support, and develop a motivated team of academic and administrative staff. Encourage professional growth and facilitate ongoing training and development.
Decision Making: Empower and guide the team to make informed, independent decisions that align with the school’s mission and vision.
Student Welfare: Oversee the overall welfare and development of students, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment that promotes academic success and personal growth.
Community Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with parents, local community leaders, and external stakeholders. Represent the school at public events, conferences, and forums.
Administrative Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, including budgeting, scheduling, drive admissions, staffing, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with all educational standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience:

Master’s degree in Education or related field.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
