Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for Grades 1-3. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement. • Provide personalised instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each student. • Use various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance learning experiences. • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. • Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance, address concerns, and promote a collaborative learning environment. • Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students through age-appropriate activities and projects. • Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices. • Ensure classroom discipline and create a safe and supportive learning atmosphere. • Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and research findings to enhance instructional techniques.
