Job Roles and Responsibilities: • Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum standards for Grades 1-3. • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning and student engagement. • Provide personalised instruction to meet the unique learning needs of each student. • Use various teaching methods, resources, and technologies to enhance learning experiences. • Assess student progress through regular evaluations and provide constructive feedback. • Communicate with parents or guardians to discuss student performance, address concerns, and promote a collaborative learning environment. • Foster the social, emotional, and cognitive development of students through age-appropriate activities and projects. • Collaborate with fellow educators and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices. • Ensure classroom discipline and create a safe and supportive learning atmosphere. • Stay updated with the latest educational trends, teaching methodologies, and research findings to enhance instructional techniques. Job Requirements and Qualification: • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (Master's degree preferred). • Valid teaching certification or license for primary education. • Proven experience teaching primary grade students, preferably Grades 1-3. • In-depth knowledge of child development theories, instructional strategies, and assessment techniques. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with students, parents, and colleagues. • Excellent classroom management skills to create a positive and disciplined learning environment. • Ability to differentiate instruction to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. • Familiarity with educational technology tools and their integration into the curriculum. • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
