We are looking for a dedicated Math teacher to join the +8thPercentile family. As a math teacher, you will be required to deliver lessons that develop students theoretical and applied mathematical skills.
Job responsibility
The teacher needs to take online classes, assign homework and periodic assessment to the students. Each batch will have 4 students. All tasks are to be executed online on our platforms, so the candidates need to be
tech friendly
Collaborate with the Program managers to strategize and ensure optimization of various projects and lesson plans. Attend training and professional development programs as and when planned. You shall be required to work 8-+ hours daily. This is a night shift job with fixed working hours
Skills Required
Ability to engage your students and answer their queries and questions. One year of online teaching experience is preferred but not mandatory. Identifying strengths and weaknesses of students. Must be able to scaffold challenging concepts. Ability to use props and visuals effectively. Ability to use and troubleshoot basic technology and tools. Must have fluent English-speaking skills. Must have experience in Math - MA1, MA2, MGEO up to Class 12

Teacher Core Responsibilities:
• Responsible for maintaining the assigned classrooms and other ancillary environments throughout the day schedule.
• Plans and prepares materials for activities and display boards for current and upcoming topics.
• Gives presentations and instructs children on the correct use and care of equipment and materials to prevent injury or damage.
• Organizes and leads activities promoting various areas of development, such as arts and crafts, music, storytelling, imaginative play, games, numbers, shapes, colors, size recognition, reading, and writing skills.
• Broadens children's experience and knowledge through computer technology and science.
• Responsible for labeling students' work and classroom display board related to specific topics and themes.
• Leads staff meetings regarding curriculum and special functions related to curriculum.
• Responsible for training/monitoring assigned custodians in acceptable classroom behavior, manners, hygiene sensitivity, and interaction with children.
• Responsible for complete parent handling, post-shadow classes take over, and first-level grievance handling for all Dibber continuing to day boarding children.
• Conducts regular parent interaction meetings (one mandatory meeting per parent every alternate month), providing meaningful and measurable feedback about the child's overall holistic growth and development at Dibber.
• Prepares children's reports and portfolios for parents each term.
• Ensures adherence to the school's policies and philosophy.
• Oversees curriculum, planning, and implementation.
