The Heart of the role:

Coaching, leading developing a high performing practice team in a positive environment for both staff and patients
Assist with overall financial performance of the practice in line with the approved budget
Maintain sterilisation, infection control standards and stock control
Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making confirming appointments; checking, processing managing customer accounts
General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS HiCaps
Proactively marketing your practice to drive patient numbers
Effectively manage the recruitment selection for all practice staff
What you'll bring:

Prior dental experience and leadership experience is essential
Proven track record of strong organisational skills, administrative and time management
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
Understanding how to generate income and control costs
Able to face into difficult conversations deal promptly with issues when they arise
Comfortable conversing with people from all walks of life, including dentists, patients, and your practice team
Experienced in comprehending and managing the PL for the practice
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, customer service skills and strong business acumen
