Responsibilities:
• Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill newborns and children in the PICU and NICU
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and support critical care procedures
• Collaborate with pediatricians, neonatologists, and other clinical staff for optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Educate and support families through the care process
• Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control, and hospital standards
• Participate in rounds, emergency response, and shift handovers

Requirements:
• B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
• Valid registration with the State Nursing Council
• Certification in Pediatric or Neonatal Intensive Care (preferred)
• 1–4 years of experience in PICU/NICU care preferred
• Strong clinical skills, empathy, and ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Good communication and teamwork skills
