We are seeking an experienced Science Educator to join our team as an Education Leader for our Science Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting science sessions using interactive models and experiments, making abstract concepts tangible and exciting for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

\
Conducting science sessions using interactive models and experiments
Making abstract concepts tangible and exciting for our young learners
Working closely with accompanying school teachers to align sessions with school curricula
Managing the smooth functioning of the science centre on a daily basis
Maintaining learning materials, supporting student interactions, and managing the schedule of visiting schools
Encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning

Requirements

\
To succeed in this role, you will need:

\
Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Science (Physics or Mathematics preferred)
B.Ed. degree is mandatory
Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Prior teaching experience is desirable but not essential
Passion for science education and working with children
Willingness to undergo training in innovative teaching methodologies
