Role Overview
Seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photo Retoucher & Photo Editor with strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in high-end retouching and image editing across fashion, beauty, e-commerce, product, portrait, and real estate photography.
The role requires a strong eye for detail, color accuracy, visual aesthetics, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional photo retouching and image enhancement based on client requirements.
Execute advanced skin retouching using Dodge & Burn and Frequency Separation techniques.
Perform color correction, color grading, image optimization, and RAW file processing.
Edit fashion, beauty, product, e-commerce, portrait, and real estate photography.
Conduct HDR processing, sky replacement, object removal, perspective correction, and image enhancement for real estate projects.
Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality standards across all deliverables.
Manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
Ensure final images meet quality control standards before delivery.
Desired Candidate Profile
3–5 years of professional experience in Photo Editing and Retouching.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
Strong expertise in:
Dodge & Burn
Frequency Separation
Layer Masks
Clipping Paths
Selections
Non-Destructive Editing
Experience editing fashion, beauty, product, portrait, e-commerce, and real estate images.
Excellent understanding of color correction, image enhancement, and visual aesthetics.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Ability to manage workload efficiently and meet deadlines.
Portfolio showcasing relevant retouching and editing work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Capture One or similar RAW processing software.
Experience working with international clients.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools and modern retouching workflows.
