Contribute to generate profitable revenue by identifying additional engagement opportunities and building lasting relationships with clients; mentor teams in building similar connections and strong relationships with clients.
Business Development

Practice Development

Lead practice development and service offering initiatives, inclusive of team leadership, project management, and execution.
Responsible for supporting the development of our People Consulting practice by enhancing change management methodologies, driving the creation of related intellectual property, and developing go-to-market materials for the Organizational Change Management service offering.
Play an active role in recruitment efforts, including referrals, events, interviews, etc. to bring the best talent to the team.
Stay up to date on latest industry trends to contribute to thought leadership and bringing best practice to clients.
