Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Nurse to join our team at People Tree Hospitals. As a Pediatric Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents. This is a full-time position with a requirement of 1 to 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing. The job location is Bangalore Rural, Karnataka, India. Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Valid nursing license
• 1 to 3 years of experience in pediatric nursing
• Excellent knowledge of pediatric medical treatments and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team

Roles And Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for pediatric patients
• Provide age-appropriate medical treatments and administer medications as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs, progress, and symptoms of patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and preventive measures
• Ensure compliance with medical procedures, protocols, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records for each patient
• Participate in continuous professional development and stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric nursing practices
