Position Overview Job Title- Collect. Preparingweekly/ Monthly legal MIS and always ready with audit prepardness. Ensure legal and compliance issues. Affirm evidence in the courts Initiate arbitration/lok Adalat execution thereof processing of bills/prepare legal budget for each location Your Skills And Experience Minimum two year in legal recovery departments Well-versed with actions under SARFAESI/DRT/DRAT/High Court/Civil Courts Preparation of legal and other notices/drafts for PAN India accounts Co ordination with regional collection managers to provide all possible legal support. Support the team in regard to legal and recovery claims.
