Retail Sales Assistant
Salary Field: $26.65hr + Super + Overtime Rates + Onsite Parking
Flexible part time working hours, annual salary review, ability to buy leave

What you'll be doing
Delivering a world-class customer experience by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and matching them with the right products and solutions
Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our premium audio products to help customers make informed purchasing decisions
Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth and seamless checkout process
Maintaining a tidy and visually appealing store environment, ensuring all products are well-stocked and displayed to the highest standards
Actively contributing to store sales targets and KPIs through your excellent selling skills and product knowledge
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role, preferably in the consumer electronics or audio equipment industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers from all backgrounds
A genuine passion for technology and audio equipment, with the ability to discuss product features and benefits in an engaging and informative manner
