About Us
We are a growing home improvement and construction company serving the Central Okanagan. Our business specializes in kitchens, renovations, flooring, windows, doors, siding, fencing, decks, railings, roofing, bathrooms, and other residential improvement projects.
We're looking for a highly motivated marketing professional who can take ownership of our online presence and generate qualified leads through engaging content and strategic digital advertising.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys creativity, marketing strategy, AI tools, and seeing measurable results from their work.
What You'll Do
You will be responsible for managing our digital marketing from start to finish, including:
Create engaging photo and video content for social media
Film on-site projects, customer testimonials, and product showcases
Edit videos for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
Create graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools, or similar software
Use AI platforms to generate high-quality marketing content, images, and videos
Write compelling captions and marketing copy
Schedule and publish content across all major social media channels
Build and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
Create, test, and optimize ad sets for maximum return on investment
Monitor campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, and budgets
Respond promptly to incoming leads through Facebook, Instagram, email, and other channels
Qualify leads for our sales team to schedule on site estimates
Track campaign performance and provide regular reports with recommendations
