Duties
Greet prospective residents with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing detailed property information and answering questions
Conduct property tours, highlighting features and amenities to attract potential residents
Manage leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
Maintain accurate data entry of applicant information using Yardi
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, updating resident records, and managing lease documentation
Support the leasing process by negotiating lease terms and explaining policies clearly and transparently
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure all leasing activities align with company standards and procedures
Flexible work hours
Qualifications
Previous office experience or administrative background preferred, with strong organizational skills
Proven sales experience with a focus on customer service and relationship building
Familiarity with property management systems such as Yardi is highly desirable
Excellent negotiation skills to effectively communicate lease terms and benefits
Strong data entry skills along with attention to detail for filing and record-keeping tasks
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette and exceptional communication skills
