Our core products like suspended ceiling, drywall components are extensively used by Mega Corporate Houses, Healthcare, IT& ITES, Financial Institution, Commercials Malls, Leisure, Factory & Industries, Educational Institutions, Architects, Contractors, Builders & Developers across the country and worldwide.

Roles and Responsibilities

This is a mid-level position in the organsation and has total responsibility for managing the entire sales and markting function in the particular region.
• Developing targeted sales strategies
• Achieving Monthly Sales Plan Target
• Knowledge about marketing Tools(e.g Product Samples, Catalogs, Price etc)
• Technical knowledge about products
• Generate New Clients/New dealers/New project
• Knowledge about Training

Desired Skills & Experience
• Graduate preferably with MBA ( Sales & Marketing) from and institute of repute
• Maintaining and increasing sales of the Company products
• Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
• Servicing the needs of the existing customers
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and the team as a whole
• Recruiting and training sales staff
• Allocating areas to sales representatives
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Monitoring the team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Keeping up to date with prodcuts and competitors
• keeping a record of all the sales targets and strategies

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month

Benefits:

Education:
• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:
• Sales: 4 years (Preferred)

Language:
• English, Hindi, Regional Language (Preferred)
