Job Overview
Are you a dynamic communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving sales? We are seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will proactively reach out to potential clients through warm and cold calling, leveraging your negotiation skills and sales expertise to generate new business opportunities. Location: Miami, FL (On-site – Doral area)
Schedule: Monday–Friday Contract to hire No weekends
Pay: $21/HRBase + Commission ($1,000–$4,500/month potential) weekly paycheck
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport and generate interest in our products or services
Call Center outbound calling performing 50+ cold calls per day
Engage in B2B (business-to-business) sales conversations, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs
Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts confidently to close sales effectively
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on inbound leads and execute targeted outreach campaigns
Maintain excellent communication skills throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience
Follow up with existing clients for upselling opportunities and ongoing account management
Proven experience in Call Center outbound calling, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or business services
Not afraid to perform outbound cold calling people arounf 50-100 calls per day
Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in English
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data and sales activities
Knowledge of B2B sales strategies, technical sales, and business development practices
Ability to conduct professional outbound calls with confidence and persistence
Customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
Experience with marketing initiatives related to outbound calling campaigns is a plus
