Job Description
One year fixed term opportunity in Kiwibank’s Cards & Payments team.

Based in Hastings or Lower Hutt with hybrid work arrangements.

Join Kiwibank’s Cards and Payments team focusing on unsecured lending for our retail Customers. In this role you will:
Assess applications for Credit Card and Overdraft products.
Fulfil onboarding requirements.
Complete assessments of credit card product swaps.
Complete maintenance requirements of products and loading direct debits.
Process fee waivers and refunds.
Take ownership of customer calling and provide great customer experiences.
Comply with bank lending policy, procedures and risk mitigation.
Identifying and implementing process improvements

Be trained in and hold and maintain a Delegated Lending Authority (DLA).
Experience in a contact centre environment and have excellent phone and written communication.
Strong documentation and processes adherence.
Efficient in Microsoft Office suite and can learn new technologies.
An interest in continuous improvement.
