We are currently hiring a Sales Coordinator (Female candidates only) for our Mumbai office. This is a full-time, entry-level role ideal for freshers who are eager to start their careers in sales coordination and support.
Key Responsibilities
● Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
● Handle and respond to customer communication via phone calls and emails
● Follow up with clients regarding orders, queries, documentation, and service updates
● Organize and maintain sales records, customer data, and paperwork
● Perform accurate data entry and manage records in Excel and internal systems
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
● Support day-to-day administrative and back-office tasks related to the sales department
Qualifications and Skills
● Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred)
● Good communication skills in English
● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Mail
● Ability to learn basic technical details about products
● Highly organized, with attention to detail
● Ability to work independently and within a team
● Prior internship or experience in a sales support role is a plus but not required
