Role Overview:

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Nursing Staff to provide exceptional care and support to patients in our healthcare facilities. The ideal candidates will have a strong commitment to patient welfare and the ability to work in a collaborative and dynamic environment that aligns with the values of Narayan Seva Sansthan.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, including pre- and post-operative care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and document patients' health conditions and progress.
• Assist in medical procedures and coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and health practices.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff.
• Uphold the values of compassion and empathy in all interactions with patients.

Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Nursing (GNM/B.Sc Nursing).
• Valid nursing license as per state or national regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Dedication to patient care and a compassionate approach to healthcare.
