Job Overview :

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing clinical tasks, and supporting patients' recovery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Medical Procedures : Perform clinical procedures such as wound care, IV insertion, catheterization, and other nursing tasks as required.
• Patient Education : Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Documentation : Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including care plans, progress notes, and medication logs.
• Collaboration : Work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
• Emergency Response : Respond to medical emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing appropriate care and support.

Qualifications :
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or an associate degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Licensure : Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar nursing role.
• Skills :
