Qualifications :

• Licensure : Valid nursing license (RN) in the state of practice.
• Experience : Proven experience as a Staff Nurse or in a similar nursing role.
• Skills :
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :
• Certification in a specialty area (e.g., critical care, oncology, pediatrics).
