Schedule Compensation
• Part-time: 2 days/week to start (flexible days)
• Temporary Full-Time: 3-week coverage in September (Mississauga clinic)

Position Summary
We are seeking a part-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing team at either our Mississauga or Toronto locations. This is a permanent part-time role starting at 2 days per week, with a temporary full-time backfill assignment at our Mississauga clinic for 3 weeks in September.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated NP with a background in concussion care, neurology, or MVA-related treatment. A core part of the role will also include administering Chronic Migraine Botox injections as part of our migraine management program. Training and support for this will be provided if required.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and follow-ups for patients with neurological conditions including concussion and chronic migraine
• Administer Chronic Migraine Botox treatments as part of a structured migraine care plan
• Develop, implement, and monitor care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Support and educate patients navigating recovery from MVAs, including documentation and progress tracking
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, and case managers to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and adhere to all regulatory and organizational standards
Qualifications
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Prior experience or interest in neurology, concussion, pain management, or MVA care is preferred
• Botox training or experience in headache/migraine management is an asset (training can be provided)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong documentation and time management abilities
• Comfortable working both independently and within a multidisciplinary team setting
