The ideal candidate will have a Specialist District Nursing Qualification and a proven track record of providing high-quality patient care in primary healthcare settings. As a senior member of the team, you will be responsible for managing complex caseloads, supervising and developing nursing staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be committed to ongoing professional development and have a current driving licence and use of their own car.
