About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Field and Infusion Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including homes and clinics.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Assess and monitor patients' conditions, reporting any concerns to medical professionals
Provide education and support to patients and their caregivers on medication management and treatment plans
Communicate effectively with healthcare teams, including physicians, pharmacists, and other nurses
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless patient care and timely communication
Requirements:

Current registration with the College of Nurses
Experience in IV initiation and administration of medications
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
