Role & responsibilities
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Critical Care / ICU Nurses for high-quality home care of VIP patients. The ideal candidate should have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a professional demeanor suitable for premium patient environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver high-standard nursing care to critical or post-ICU patients in a home care setting
• Monitor patient health status and vital signs
• Administer medications, manage IV lines, and operate ICU equipment as required
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Coordinate with doctors, care managers, and family members
• Ensure infection control and hygiene protocols are strictly followed
• Provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Maintain professional conduct and patient confidentiality at all times
Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: GNM or B.Sc Nursing
• Registration: Valid Nursing Council Registration (mandatory)
• Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of total clinical experience
• At least 6 months of experience in ICU/Critical Care settings
• Communication: Proficient in spoken and written English/Hindi
