Job Description
Your field of responsibility
As a part of role, your responsibility includes
• This fast paced role encompasses daily production support & oversight for Nostro and depot reconciliations including execution & integrity of daily checks & controls, Client money decisions, approvals and associated procedures, support on new business & other entity related or process specific projects
• You will be responsible for service delivery & oversight and all aspects of vendor performance management and engagement
• The role includes standardizing global reconciliation processes, controls and Management Information as well as improving existing Management Information Systems structure, governance and visibility
• This role ensures compliance with Credit Suisse policies and alignment with our Conducts and Ethics standards and liaises closely with internal audit, external audit and regulators
• The role entails leading innovation using ground-breaking and tactical technology in service execution, delivery and governance
• You will be responsible for functional alignment to overall reconciliations and settlements strategies and improvement to operating models, standards and governance
• You will be the point person for escalation, partner management and engagement.

Your skills and experience
To excel in this role, you should possess below
• Should have outstanding experience within Capital. markets and preferably Investment Banking Ops
• Overall proven experience of 6-+ years with prior experience in Nostro and depot reconciliations or trade settlements related functions.
• Should exhibit strong delivery & innovation with a keen eye for risk management & controls
• Should have strong communication skills, both oral & written
• Should have outstanding experience in Management Information Systems, data intelligence & analytics
• Technical know-how & experience around data analysis will be advantageous
• Ability to navigate a way forward through uncertainty and ambiguity with integrity, dedication and a positive mentality, adopting change
• Preferably have experience in vendor oversight or delivery
• Should be flexible with between APAC & EMEA support hours
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives.
