Roles and Responsibilities: -

Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare professionals in the UK.
Engages with the support team, which handles onboarding, to stay focused on recruiting and building the candidate pipeline.
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
Preparing candidates for screening with the clients.
Ensuring that adequate number of qualified candidates is submitted for all assigned client requirements in a timely manner.
Coordinate with the UK clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
