New Home Sales Specialist

The Sales Executive is responsible for generating sales of residential properties by identifying prospective customers, conducting site visits, explaining project features, and converting enquiries into bookings. The role requires excellent communication, customer service, and relationship management skills to achieve sales targets.: Key Responsibilities - Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
• Present residential projects, pricing, payment plans, and offers.
• Conduct project presentations and site visits.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close sales.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow up with customers to convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with CRM, Finance, Legal, and Home Loan teams for booking documentation and payment processing.
• Ensure timely completion of booking formalities.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Build long-term customer relationships and generate referrals.

Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales is an added advantage.

Experience - 2–5 years of experience in residential real estate sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
