Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and communicative individual to join our Sales Team in the role of National Account Sales Support. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experience by coordinating cross-functional activities, monitoring the progress of orders and deliverables, and supporting the Team in exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Comply with the Order Coordination process to maximise invoicing opportunities while adhering to the Company’s policies.
Ensure PI and OB top line and GP is always accurately represented in the Order Coordination spreadsheet and AS400.
Facilitate the highest levels of communication with both internal and external stakeholders by providing accurate and timely answers to all enquiries, including communicating with customers at milestones of order progression.
Ensure that AS400, the Lead Order Database, and the Order Coordinator spreadsheet is maintained and accurate at all times.
Coordinate with Branches to ensure timely workshop processing and on-time delivery to customers.
Hold Branches accountable for meeting delivery commitments and promptly escalate potential issues or delays.
