Educational Qualification: B.Ed (mandatory) with a degree in Science or a related field
Salary: ₹50,000–₹60,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable MYP Science Teacher to join our middle school faculty. The ideal candidate will have experience teaching Integrated Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) under the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme (IB MYP) and a passion for inquiry-based learning and holistic student development.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging Science lessons aligned with the IB MYP curriculum
Design unit plans and assessments based on key concepts, global contexts, and ATL (Approaches to Learning) skills
Use inquiry-driven methods to help students explore scientific principles
Encourage critical thinking, curiosity, and collaboration in the classroom
Maintain accurate records of student progress using MYP rubrics and assessment criteria
Integrate technology tools for teaching and lab simulations
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary units and school projects
Provide regular feedback to students and communicate effectively with parents
Participate in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, and school events
Engage in continuous professional development and training
Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Biology or related field)
B.Ed qualification is mandatory
2–5 years of experience teaching Science (preferably under IB MYP or similar curricula)
Strong verbal and written communication in English
Classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners at different levels
Proficiency with digital tools for online/blended instruction
