As we scale our presence and storytelling across digital platforms, we are hiring a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Motion Designer (Web3/Fintech) to deliver stunning visual content—both static and motion—that reflects the spirit of Web3 and the innovation of fintech.
Position Summary

We're looking for a skilled Graphic Motion Designer (Web3/Fintech) to take charge of all things visual at bepay, from social media creatives, product visuals, and campaign banners to animated explainer clips and product walkthroughs. You'll collaborate across teams to bring ideas to life through striking design, shaping how users perceive and engage with the brand across all digital touchpoints. This role requires strong visual storytelling, motion graphics expertise, and a flair for turning complex concepts into clear, engaging designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Create static and animated designs for social media, website, product, blog, and ads
• Produce short animated videos, product explainers, reels, and motion content for Web3 audiences
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and community teams to conceptualize visuals for launches, campaigns, and events
• Design presentation decks, brand collaterals, banners, and pitch assets for internal and external use
• Translate complex Web3/fintech concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing designs
• Manage and organize design assets, follow brand guidelines, and ensure visual consistency
• Deliver on tight timelines in a fast-paced startup environment
• Stay on top of visual trends in crypto, fintech, and motion design to keep content fresh and relevant
• Contribute creative input in brainstorming sessions and cross-functional meetings
Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio (must include motion work)
• 3+ years of experience in fintech, crypto or Web3 space
• Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) or equivalent tools like Figma, Canva, Blender
• Experience creating motion graphics, animated posts, and short-form video edits for digital platforms
• Understanding of layout, typography, brand identity, and design systems
• Experience in fintech, crypto, tech, or the startup ecosystem preferred
• Ability to interpret creative briefs and adapt visual style as needed
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and collaborative attitude
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Web3 visuals, memes, and community aesthetics
• Experience designing for Telegram, Twitter (X), Discord, and Web3-native platforms
• Knowledge of 3D design or animation is a strong plus
• Comfortable working with marketing tools like Notion, Canva, Typeform, etc.
• Enthusiastic about decentralized tech, innovation, and visual storytelling
