Mortgage Operations Coordinator (Full-Time)
Edmonton, AB | Hybrid after training | $23–30/hour
Are you the kind of person who catches the missing signature before anyone else?
Do you enjoy keeping dozens of moving pieces organized, checking things off your list, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks?

I'm Cheryl Wilkes Mortgages—a small, established mortgage broker in Edmonton that believes getting a mortgage should feel less stressful, not more. My team and I work hard, laugh often, support one another, and genuinely care about the people who trust us with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.
We're looking for someone who shares those values. While I work directly with clients to find the right mortgage solution, you'll be the person keeping everything running behind the scenes—reviewing documents, communicating with clients, organizing files, coordinating with industry partners, and making sure every detail is in place from application to funding.
