The ideal candidate will be flexible, organized, detail-oriented, good with people, and comfortable working with participants in the field. This position requires the ability to work efficiently with guided direction from the manager, the capacity to work quickly, and be flexible while delivering results. Having an eye for small-scale process improvement is preferred. The Program Coordinator will need to learn quickly about well-defined processes and support team members on daily tasks. S/he should be proactive in surfacing issues to manager/peers and be able to identify any gaps in tools and processes. In addition, s/he should be able be able to communicate clearly with internal team members and stakeholders and support the team in delivering small initiatives goals and project-related metricsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS A graduate in any engineering and business operations. Quantitative fields such as science and engineering preferred but not mandatory Good familiarity with the Windows desktop environment and use of Word, Excel, IE, Firefox etc. are requiredPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Flexibility and Interest to do repetitive tasks is required High level of energy and proactive nature.
