Data Entry Operator (DEO)

Full job description
· Enter customer, vendor, and account data from source documents within time limits

· Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities

· Review data for errors or deficiencies; correct any incompatibilities

· Update existing data and retrieve information from the database or electronic files

· Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backups

· Maintain confidentiality and security of all records

· Respond to queries for information and access relevant files

· Comply with data integrity and security policies

· Make Quotations

· Knowledge of Tally
