We are seeking our next leader to be the Head of Channels for Australia. Work with an experienced, tenured team with a track record of long-term success to take our channel business into the future. Become part of the core ANZ leadership team representing the global market leader driving exciting solutions through a strong growing partner ecosystem to service Retail, Transport, Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare and Government industries.

Lead a team of direct reports, with responsibility for growing all sales outside of named accounts in Australia. This role further extends to lead indirect reports for inside sales and NZ channel sales to help drive a coordinated and consistent channel strategy. Collaborate daily with sales leaders to drive growth across the whole ANZ business. Work with cross-functional teams to execute on plans and with the channel team meet quarterly objectives.

Generally considered an excellent coach, helping others attain sales success. Understands product portfolio extremely well and knows how to win relative to competition; increase market share; increase wallet share; teaches others same. As with all management, embodies One Zebra ahead of personal achievements.

Qualifications:
Bachelors or equivalent experience; advanced degree (e.g., MBA) common
8+ years of applicable work experience

Full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others
