Job Summary

Come Join our Brand New Medical/Surgical Unit in our Brand New Building!!

Schedule: Nights 24 hours (8s and 12s) - Part of our Weekend Incentive Program (WIP)

WIP Nurses commit to work at least two (2) twelve (12) hour weekend shifts for three (3) out of (4) weekends during a four (4) week schedule block.

The WIP differential is in addition to any shift differential to which the nurse may otherwise be eligible for the particular shift worked.

Qualifications

BSN required
Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required
BLS required
Ability to adhere to all I.C.A.R.E. standards
Have basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients
Can function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills
