Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Media Sales Specialist to drive revenue through media and digital sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong relationships, and selling integrated marketing and advertising solutions across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate new business through media sales, digital marketing solutions, and brand partnerships
• Identify and connect with potential clients, brands, and agencies
• Pitch customized media plans including digital, influencer, PR, and branding solutions
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution and delivery
• Stay updated with industry trends, media strategies, and competitor activities
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Media Sales / Digital Sales / Advertising Sales
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and advertising solutions
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong network with brands, agencies, or corporate clients is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented
